Returns & Exchanges

In general, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt and either exchanged for a replacement item or given full credit for the returned items, based on customer preference.

Details:

  • Please contact us by email at eu.support@xsgear.com with 'Return/Exchange Request' included in the subject line and your preferences for any returned items in the body of the email. This will alert us to expect your return and ensure that your return is taken care of as quickly as possible.
  • Items returned for credit should include a copy of the invoice with the items circled and instructions for what action is to be taken
  • If you need an extra copy of your invoice, you can print one out online from the 'Account' area.
  • We cannot accept partial returns of items that have been used or distributed unless they are defective in construction.
  • Clothing returns must be unworn (trying them on is ok)
